Birthday party look

One of my friends held his 22nd birthday last night. I wanted to show you my party look.

Hair and makeup

I added hair mousse in damp hair before I diffused to bring out the curls – mostly it is just BIG rather than curly these days, but hey – it works. Then I sprayed in some beach spray to give a textured look. Then I added a small braid to the left side just to add some edginess.

This is sort of my go-to look – I just vary the color palette. Here, I went with colors in the blue family. I used a white shadow on the lid. Then, a dark blue blended out in the crease. I then used an even darker and more dense blue in my crease without blending it out very much. I added a black shadow to the outer half my lower lash line and a white, creamy eyeshadow on the inner half of the lower lash line and my tear duct. I used the same white shadow beneath my brows as highlighter. Then I added black liquid eyeliner with a flick and ended it all with a coat of mascara. The lipstick is nude with a hint of orange. Let me know if you’re interested in knowing the specific products I used.

This is a dress I bought from H&M, but it was a couple of years ago so I can’t link to it.

Love the look! Blue eyeshadow (or liner for the day) with an orangish lip is probably one of my favorite combos for summer/spring and it looks beautiful on you!

    Looking good 😉
Der er intet bedre end en god andledning for at dulle sig maks op. Det løfter altid selvtilliden en tak (:
